How do Bookings work?

You will receive a booking confirmation text 24 hours before your appointment. Please respond to this text to confirm your appointment.

How do Follow Up appointments work?

48 hours/2 days after your appointment, you will receive a follow up to treatment text from us to see how your skin is doing after treatment and if you have any questions.

What do I do if I have to cancel my appointment?

Please contact Taychante Beauty & Esthetics 24 hours before your appointment via phone call or text to 646-477-3129.

I have a gift card that was purchased a while ago. Can I still use it?

Taychante Beauty & Esthetics gift cards do not expire.

Are there restrictions to the loyalty card?

Your Taychante Beauty & Esthetics Loyalty Card must be presented at every visit in order to earn you 50% off service.

I just had a facialpeel/dermaplaning/microneedling done. Do I have to wear sunblock every day?

Yes. Every day.

I have oily skin, do I still need to use moisturizer?"

Yes. Every day.

I get a monthly facial. Do I have to use products at home other than soap & water?

Yes, a home care regimen with great professional products that your esthetician recommends and that we discuss during treatment help to support and enhance the work we do during the facial treatment, think about it like working out you also have to eat well to support the work you are doing in the gym.

I have a pimple. Should I try to pick it myself?

No. Never.

I had a peel. What will happen now?

Follow the directions for the Post Peel Care pack, Peeling will last 3-7 days the skins texture will become smoother, pores reduction in acne & hyperpigmentation.

I'm pregnant. Can I still get a peel?

No Ma’am not from Taychante Beauty & Esthetics. The studies on Peels do not indicate if they are safe or unsafe during pregnancy so I do not do them on pregnant clients its best to be sure and safe.

I'm pregnant. Can I still get a Facial?

Yes you can still get a Facial Service, Oxygen treatment and as always I can customize a facial with your needs in mind, with products that are indicated for use during pregnancy, and always contact your Dr.

I use my own products at home. Can I continue to do so?

If you are currently using products at home, please take a pic of the front & back, with the list of ingredients so we can talk about what you are using, or if you have an questions.
